The minute I walked into the door I knew I was in a special place. I was wearing a custom silver bracelet that was a wedding anniversary gift from my husband 25 yrs ago and needed to be repaired. I purposely had it on as I was on a long trip throughout the Western States and was hoping to find a Silversmith that could fix my bracelet. Bob noticed my bracelet the minute he saw me and complimented on how beautiful it was. I then showed him that it needed repair as a previous silversmith cut the bracelet to short and then said it could not be fixed. Immediately Bob said he would not only fix it but I would never know it was repaired. In addition I had on a beautiful turquoise ring that was my Mom’s and I had accidentally damaged the ring. Bob immediately told me all about my ring and how it was made and what happened to the ring when I damaged it and that he could repair it and it would be back to how it was when it was made. I did not hesitate allowing Bob to hand over my 2 pieces of jewelry and knew he would cherish them like they were his own. He mailed them back to me and asked that I call him the minute I received them to make sure that I was absolutely happy with my bracelet and ring. Happy is an understatement and I will be sending another bracelet to Bob to have the band redesigned along with some pieces I would love to sell. Bob & Lou’s store is amazing, there is something for everyone, the antique part of the store in the back is awesome and all of the Native American pieces. What a gem in Grand Lake!

Bob Scott helped me to sell a number of pieces of Native American Indian Jewelry over the last couple of years. My experience with Bob has been outstanding! Bob and his partner Lou are extremely professional, and at the same time very approachable and respectful of their clients and their belongings. I have had countless business interactions over the years and my experience with Bob has truly been among the very best. He is a real pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely one of the best stores in Colorado for authentic Native American jewelry, decor, knickknacks etc. We found ourselves going in everyday while on a girls trip and continuing to find treasures.

Not only is the store such a gem, but Lou and Bob Scott are national treasures themselves. Going into the store guarantees you will leave with unique finds AND have wonderful conversations with Lou and Bob. Amazingly, Lou and Bob are able to tell you about every piece of jewelry in the store and the artists. It seems they maintain a wonderful relationship with the artist they work with in the Southwest.

Also, Bob, I did purchase the Fannie Farmer cookbook on your recommendation and I hope to keep a better home!
